During this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, we want to assure you we are taking all recommended precautions to protect our employees and our infrastructure so that we can continue to provide the highest levels of service to our existing and future customers.
We are taking advantage of our ecosystem of virtual collaboration tools, and aim to be as accessible as ever in this time of uncertainty. Additionally, with the acceleration of IOT platforms and affordability of connectivity by cellular and satellite, digital tools can now be used in the office to monitor sites in real time, improving decision making, and keeping job sites up and running.
A few examples of how our solutions are being used to keep your work up and running as we help fight the spread of COVID-19:
- Our team worked to provision one of our products, Work Management, to support a Colorado-based organization called make4covid.co. Work Management will be used to help distribute needed medical supplies by scheduling drivers to pick-up orders from people's homes and deliver them to medical facilities, then drivers will use our FieldMaster Technician app to update the delivery status.
- We’re also providing free unlimited use of our Trimble PULSE Remote Expert augmented reality tool to virtually connect field technicians with remote workers who can provide real-time support via video, audio and spatial annotations. Download App.
- We’ve launched a free technical training series “Become a TBC Expert” for one of our most widely-used products in the construction industry, Trimble Business Center (TBC). TBC allows you to do Design, Take Off and 3D Modeling—all from a single environment. These on-demand training sessions are conducted by Trimble experts and uncover a host of hidden features and tips. If you haven’t tried TBC and are interested in learning more, or perhaps are using it but would like to pick up some new tips and tricks, join us. These sessions are available now in the Trimble Library, Become an Expert Bundle.
We are continuing to look at ways we can support you with our deep reserve of virtual, digital and cloud-based solutions to keep your business moving forward while ensuring the safety and well-being of your dedicated employees.
We are open for business and here to serve you. We wish you, your colleagues and your families health and safety.
